  6. Form a ball from the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. The cookie dough will become more pliable and roll out better.
  7. Dust the table with flour. Lay out the dough and roll it into a 5 mm thick layer. Using the molds, cut out a variety of figurines and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake the cottage cheese cookies for 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly and sprinkle with sugar. Transfer to a vase and serve.
