Use this recipe to make curly cheese potato chips. The curl potato chips will be a favorite snack in your home. This dish is prepared quickly, it turns out very tasty. To everyone's delight.

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Add eggs, cream, salt, pepper, starch to the potatoes and make mashed potatoes.
  3. Add grated cheese to the finished mashed potatoes and mix.
  4. Fill a pastry bag (can be replaced with a regular plastic bag) with prepared puree and cut off a corner so that the puree can be squeezed out of the bag.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and squeeze the mashed potatoes and cheese into small spiral-shaped figures into the pan. Fry on each side until golden brown.
  6. Place ready-made potato chips with cheese on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve any favorite sauce with the chips. Bon Appetit!
