  2. Dry the almonds in the oven, remove the skin, chop. Cut the dates into thin strips, grate the chocolate.
  3. Add dates, almonds and chocolate to the whipped protein foam. Mix gently.
  4. Put the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Using a spatula, flatten it so that it is as thick as a finger. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare the icing. Grind the icing sugar with water and liqueur. Cut the finished cake into identical rectangles, connect them in pairs, smearing them with glaze.
  6. Put the rest of the glaze in a pastry bag and decorate the cookies.
