Potatoes are always good - both on holidays and on weekdays!
And with cheese - wonderful like a king ("dauphin" - the title of heir to the throne in France)! Of course, she will not be alone on your table, but, for example, in a company with a ham baked in mustard and mayonnaise ... :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into circles (3 mm thick). Pour in milk, adding a little water if necessary. Cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat until tender (check the tenderness of the potatoes with a fork). Place the potatoes in a bowl. Add garlic, nutmeg, cream, half cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well, add spices to your liking.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and ground black pepper on top. Place in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes and serve immediately.
  4. Bon Appetit!
