Potato balls are a beautiful and tasty potato side dish.

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut the large tubers into four parts, and cut the medium ones in half. Pour potatoes with cold water, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Then remove from heat and hold in hot water for another 8-10 minutes. If there is no white spot on the cut, then the potatoes are ready and can be thrown into a colander.
  3. Then pass the potatoes through a meat grinder, salt and shape them into balls. Dry the potato balls in the oven.
  4. Then deep-fry the potato balls, dipping them in boiling fat for 12-15 seconds.
