Either an original breakfast, or an unusual dessert - choose for yourself. Delicate airy consistency, amazing taste and most importantly - not a gram of sugar and flour! You can use any berries you like.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat the cottage cheese very well with sour cream, and while beating, add two eggs.
  2. Add vanilla extract, starch and whisk again.
  3. Lubricate each jar inside with vegetable oil (I greased with coconut oil), put the berries on the bottom and fill with the curd mixture.
  4. Place the jars in a high-rimmed dish and fill halfway with water. Place the dish in a warm oven and cook at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (you need to look).
  5. For the banana-strawberry sauce, simply whisk a handful of strawberries with 1/2 of the banana in a blender (frozen for contrast). When the pudding is done, pour the sauce over it.
