For small children (and for adults who love delicious milk breakfasts) semolina is a must-have on the list of morning cereals! I recommend a semolina recipe for your cookbook!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Pour milk and water into a heavy-walled saucepan, place the container over medium heat, and bring the liquids to a boil. Meanwhile, sift the semolina through a sieve. When the milk and water in a saucepan boil, add sugar to them and reduce heat.
  3. Now the most important point: fill the semolina so that there are no lumps. Take a ladle, stir milk with it, and pour a stream of semolina into the pan with a tablespoon.
  4. And so, until all the semolina is gone, continue to stir with a ladle or any spoon convenient for this business. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  5. The porridge should become thick. Pouring semolina in a little bit and stirring constantly is important because otherwise lumps, hateful for many, can form in the porridge.
  6. Put the prepared delicious semolina porridge in milk on plates, I like to add berries to it. Enjoy your meal!
