Dessert Cutlets with Green Buckwheat

Very satisfying and delicious! Cutlets will gladly replenish your body with nutrients and vitamins for breakfast and will fit comfortably in a lunchbox as a snack!

  1. Soak green buckwheat in warm water overnight. Either in the future we let it germinate (for this we need another 12 hours) or use it right away.

  4. Combine buckwheat + raisins + carrots + wheat bran + yogurt (or water) + honey. Mix thoroughly and let stand for 10 minutes. Form cutlets with hands moistened with water.
