Dessert with Blueberries and Yoghurt

This dessert is very simple, but with every spoon you feel like returning to childhood. After all, you probably prepared your first courses from the simplest products - a glass of yogurt, cookies and a handful of berries.

  1. Soak gelatin in 3 tbsp. l. cold water and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix blueberries, 50 g sugar and 4 tablespoons. l. water in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in liquor at the end, if using. Cool it down.
  3. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks. Mix honey and yogurt.
  4. Melt the gelatin in a saucepan and pour it into the yogurt in a thin stream, stir. Stir in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Crumble the cookies and mix with the berries.
  6. 6. Divide half of the yoghurt-cream mixture into vases or glasses, put the next layer of berries, and then another layer of yoghurt mixture. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
