Homemade ice cream is a healthy and delicious alternative to store-bought dessert. Using light, natural Greek yogurt as a base makes it a favorite dietary treat for all family members.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
  2. Peel or defrost the berries, cut each into 2-3 pieces. Raspberries are best used fresh, but frozen ones are fine too.
  3. Put the yoghurt in a bowl (in this case, the Greek yoghurt "Cheburashkin Brothers. Family Farm" was used as the most natural and high quality), add milk and vanilla sugar (or vanillin) to it, mix.
  4. Gently add raspberries and chocolate to the mixture.
  5. Arrange in ice cream tins. Leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
