Thus, the Turks most often cook fatty fish such as mackerel. But we really liked the version with dorado - try it too.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the guts and gills from the fish and rinse thoroughly under running water. Through the incisions in the belly, cut the flesh along the ridge and remove it and, if possible, all the bones.
  2. Cut out some flesh from the inside of the fish (you will need it for stuffing) and chop with a knife.
  3. Chop the onion finely and fry in half the oil, 7 minutes. Add pine nuts, raisins, cinnamon, salt and pepper, stir and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, add chopped fish pulp, chopped herbs and bread crumbs. Stir and stuff the fish, holding the edges together with wooden skewers.
  5. Place the fish in a baking sheet, add the peppers, cut into large wedges, and cover with foil. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
