  1. Wash the chicken fillet, then dry it with paper towels.
  2. Put salt, sugar, ground black and red hot peppers in a bowl and mix everything.

  4. After that, we take them out and rinse them under cold water, then dry them with paper towels.
  5. Cooking spices, in which the chicken pieces will be cooked up later. Put paprika, ground black and red peppers, suneli hops, garlic in a bowl and mix them. With the mixed mixture, completely grease the chicken fillet.
  6. Tightly wrap pieces of meat in spices with gauze, bandage or cotton towel and put on skewers installed on a foam mold. We put everything in the refrigerator for 6-7 days, bringing the chicken to readiness.
  7. Finely chop the finished chicken fillets and serve with beer or just like that.
