Feta and Turkey Salad

I love light salads very much! I try to cook that would be both tasty and from the category of proper nutrition! I offer a very tasty and light salad! It is just as simple to prepare!

  1. Tear the tender part of Peking cabbage with your hands into small pieces. Cut the eggs into 4 pieces. Tomatoes in small wedges. Feta on cubes. Boil and chop the turkey meat.
  2. Place the salad on a wide flat dish. First, the leaves of Chinese cabbage, then randomly lay out the quarters of eggs and pieces of meat. Next, feta cheese and tomato slices (you can take cherry or cocktail ones, then we cut only in half).
  3. We make a dressing by mixing lemon juice, vegetable oil and soy sauce. We pour our salad. Sprinkle with Italian herbs on top. Done! Enjoy your meal!
