Finnish salmon salad is quite hearty, so it may well become the only dish for lunch or dinner.

Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Put on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 15 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Rinse the greens, dry and tear coarsely with your hands.
For dressing, combine olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. and add to dressing. Add some of the dressing to the green salad and stir.
Cut the salmon into thin slices. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces. Cook eggs using poached technique or boil "in a bag".
Place the potato wedges, then the lettuce, thinly sliced salmon, cherry tomatoes and cheese on portioned plates. Place the egg on top. Drizzle with dressing.
