Fire salmon with quinoa and tomatoes

  2. Boil quinoa in salted water for 15 minutes. Finely chop the tomatoes and mix with the quinoa.
  3. Fry the salmon on a grill or pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. It should remain pink and slightly damp inside the piece. Place the fish in the center, place the quinoa next to it and pour over the sauce.
