I bought salmon - frozen, and all the meat comes in layers and pieces. Made these hedgehogs with a lemon note. Very fast and delicious!

  1. For the sauce - mix the garlic, sour cream, 2 tbsp. l. dill, lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
  2. 1 tsp juice, 1 tbsp. dill, a little zest, bran, salmon and egg, stir in a bowl, salt and season with white pepper. Cover a baking sheet with foil and mold small cutlets or meatballs from the fish mass.
  3. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Bake for about 15 minutes, until a crust forms on top.
  4. Pour a little (literally a teaspoon) over the sauce and put on for another 5 minutes. Serve with sauce and zest.
