Hearty and tender fish casserole will appeal to everyone, without exception! :) This is a great dinner!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare minced sea fish. Add chopped and sauteed onion, egg, fish spices, salt and pepper. Pour in bread crumbs. If the minced meat is dry, then you can put butter.
  2. Finely chop the boiled egg (or mash with a fork). Boil green peas for 3-5 minutes. Mix egg and peas, pour in a little melted butter for juiciness. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Add half the minced meat, then the boiled egg and green peas filling. Close the casserole with the other half of the minced meat. Grease the top of the casserole with sour cream.
  4. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180-190 degrees. Allow to cool slightly and remove from the mold.
