  4. Prepare the breading. Pour flour evenly on one flat plate. Finely chop the nuts in a blender and mix with bread crumbs and black pepper, put on the next plate. Beat eggs in a deep bowl until smooth.
  5. First, roll each cutlet in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and roll in nut-crusty breading. Fry in hot vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place on paper towels first to remove excess oil.
