Children love to go to McDonald's to eat a hamburger or a fishburger - alas, a very common story. And you, of course, think that this is a very unhealthy food for a growing body. If you buy it in fast food establishments, then yes, we completely agree with you. But if you cook such burgers at home, nothing will happen except goodness and good mood. Children are happy and you are calm - what else is needed!

  1. Boil the jacket potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 25 minutes, peel and mash with a fork.
  2. Grind the salmon fillet with the onion in a blender. Stir potatoes and minced fish, season with salt.
  3. With wet hands, mold 4 flat cutlets from the resulting minced meat, roll them in flour, chill for 1 hour, then fry in oil in a pan or oil and grill until golden brown, 3-4 minutes each. from each side.
  4. Chop tarragon leaves (no stems needed), mix with yogurt and salt if desired. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
  5. Heat the buns in a toaster, oven, or over smoldering coals (literally 1 minute), cut each in half, put lettuce in one half, fishcake, cucumber slices and 1 tbsp each on top. l. yoghurt sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
