  1. Grind oatmeal (170 grams) into oat flour using a coffee grinder.
  2. Add baking powder (teaspoon) to oatmeal and stir dry ingredients.
  3. Put butter (100 grams) in a separate bowl, add sugar (4 tablespoons) to it, and use a fork to grind the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
  4. Beat 1 egg (1 piece) into the butter and sugar and stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in the oatmeal a little at a time, stirring well each time. When all the oatmeal is mixed in, the dough is ready.
  6. Wrap it in a bag or plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and turn on the oven to preheat 180 degrees.
  8. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, and by tearing off the pieces from it, form small balls, which are placed at a distance from each other on a baking sheet.
  9. When all the cookies are formed, place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
