Focaccia with potatoes and homemade sausages

Delicious focaccia made from simple ingredients. Hearty and inexpensive.

Ingredients

  1. Grease baking paper with vegetable oil. Put the dough and with your hands, also oiled with vegetable oil, distribute the dough evenly. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  2. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and place on the focaccia. Salt.
  3. Spread homemade raw sausage (or salted, pepper minced meat) evenly over the entire surface. Add quarter cut onion rings.
  4. Sprinkle the focaccia with grated cheese.
  5. Add rosemary sprigs and sage leaves.
  6. Bake the focaccia at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  7. The Italian focaccia is ready. Bon Appetit!
