Fast and easy to prepare dish. I put all the ingredients in a baking dish, put them in the oven, and the oven will do its job. Very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices 2-3 mm thick.
  2. Place half of all potatoes in a saucepan or other baking container (this will be the first of two layers).
  3. Peel and chop the garlic in a jar or chop it finely.
  4. Combine the garlic with salt.
  5. Sprinkle the first layer with finely chopped (crushed) garlic mixed with salt.
  6. Spread out the second layer of potatoes (the remaining half) and brush with garlic as well.
  7. Break the eggs into a separate plate.
  8. Add milk. Shake eggs with milk until smooth.
  9. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes.
  10. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  11. Grate the oil (you can grate it directly into the mold where the potato is). Sprinkle the potatoes with grated butter.
  12. Grate the cheese, distribute it so that all the potatoes are covered with cheese.
  13. Bake the French fries in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180.
  14. Bon Appetit!
