If you cut the cheese and arrange it beautifully on a plate or make small cheese sandwiches, no one will touch this beauty at the children's party. Why? Because bored! You can eat it at home, but when visiting and for a holiday you want something that usually busy parents do not give. And the cheese sticks are just that - special. And if you also pick some vegetable dip sauce with them ... Serve cheese sticks not only by themselves, but also with vegetables or green salads.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the cheese into neat 2x10 cm pieces.
  2. Fry the seeds a little over medium heat in a dry frying pan, 1-2 minutes, and crush them in a mortar, not too finely. Mix together the crackers, seeds and paprika.
  3. Beat the egg. Pour some flour into a separate bowl. Heat some oil in a skillet.
  4. Dip sticks of cheese in flour, in an egg, in breadcrumbs with seeds, again in an egg and again in breading. This is most conveniently done with two forks.
  5. Fry the prepared cheese in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown. Put the finished sticks on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve the chopsticks immediately, hot.
