Fried chicken with rice, walnuts and pineapple

Fragrant rice with spices, nuts and pineapple pieces is a self-sufficient dish. But if you still want more, then you can make a chicken with the same "Indian" dressing.

  1. In a third of a glass of milk, put a teaspoon of each spice and mix
  2. Cook rice according to the instructions on the package :) (for 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, make a small fire until the liquid is absorbed) Together with rice, we throw 1-2 cinnamon sticks into the saucepan.
  3. 10 minutes before readiness (when the rice swells and there is very little water left), pour in the milk with spices:
  4. When the rice is almost ready, add pieces of canned pineapple (without liquid), nuts, and mix.
  5. Leave for another 10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed, and serve to the table, adding oil to taste!
  6. This dish is perfect for breakfast or a light dinner.
  7. However, rice alone is not enough, and therefore I suggest making a chicken with the same dressing.
  8. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Spices (also a teaspoon of each type), pour half a glass of milk and add 2-3 teaspoons of butter. Grind the remaining nuts on a grater.
  9. We spread the chicken in a mold (or a frying pan), pour milk with butter and spices and cover with grated nuts.
  10. Bake in the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees
