Fried Eggs with Asparagus Beans and Tomatoes

Rustic breakfast ... so much in that word. Rosy scrambled eggs, fried on green beans and tomatoes, seasoned with spices, arugula and green onion feathers.

  1. Pour coarsely chopped asparagus beans into a hot skillet. Fry for 4 minutes.
  2. Cut the tomato into slices and add to the beans. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. We break the eggs, sprinkle them with salt and spices.
  4. Fry until tender (5-6 minutes) and remove from heat.
  5. Serve to the table with onion feathers, bread and arugula. Enjoy!
