  1. Green beans are suitable both fresh and frozen.
  2. We wash the green beans and cut off the ends. Cut the beans into small pieces.
  3. We wash the green onions, shake them off and chop finely with a knife.
  4. Wash the tomato and cut into small pieces.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and, stirring occasionally, fry the beans over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
  6. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
  7. We level the fried vegetables. We make two small indentations and break an egg into each, being careful not to damage the yolks. If desired, you can add salt to the eggs, but this is not necessary.
  8. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the eggs over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. As soon as the protein "grabs" - the eggs are ready.
  9. Sprinkle the scrambled eggs with chopped green onions and turn off the heat.
  10. Scrambled eggs with green beans, tomatoes and herbs are ready.
  11. We lay out the scrambled eggs with vegetables on plates and serve.
