When you need to make a quick dinner and you have no ideas, consider breakfast. After all, we cook breakfast quickly, so why not borrow a dish from there? We offer to cook scrambled eggs, but not simple, but very satisfying, with sausages and beans.

  1. Cut the sausages into slices. Heat a skillet with olive oil. Fry the sausages until golden brown.
  2. Add the beans to the sausages and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes. The beans should warm up well.
  3. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
  4. Pour the proteins into the pan and mix with the beans and sausages, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and fry the eggs for 2 minutes, the protein should begin to set.
  5. Using a spatula, carefully spread the eggs and lower the yolk into the resulting depression. Repeat with all the yolks. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until you have the desired consistency of yolks: 2 minutes. –For liquid yolk, 4–5 min. - for completely fried.
  6. Chop the herbs finely and sprinkle on the eggs before serving.
  7. A good addition to such scrambled eggs would be soft bread or pieces of pita bread, hot sauce and pickled vegetables.
