Fish fillet in potato chips - a main course and a side dish in one! It is easy and quick to prepare. This recipe is also good because all the nutrients in the fish remain inside, the fish is juicy and tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 500 grams of fish fillets must be washed, dried and cut into portions.
  2. (You can use absolutely any fish fillet, the main thing is that the pieces should not be too thick. I had a cod back.)
  3. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Wash greens, dry and chop finely.
  5. Put the fish fillets in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and add herbs. Gently distribute everything over the fish and set aside for 30 minutes, so that it is slightly infused, soaked in lemon juice and the aroma of herbs.
  6. While the fish is infused, you need to cook potato batter. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Add some salt. Stir and leave for 1 minute.
  7. After a minute, the potato chips need to be squeezed out.
  8. Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon flour to the grated and squeezed potatoes and mix everything well.
  9. Dip the pieces of fish on all sides in flour so that the potato breading sticks well and does not flake off.
  10. Wrap fish in potato mass.
  11. Send to a preheated frying pan with oil (the frying pan must first be warmed up well!).
  12. Fry over medium heat on both sides. Turn over when a crispy golden crust forms on the potato "shirt".
  13. Put the finished fish on a plate with a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. It turns out delicious and satisfying.
  14. Bon Appetit!
