FRIED SHRIMPS WITH GARLIC IN SOY SAUCE IN A FAN

A versatile dish that takes no more than five minutes to cook! Fried shrimps are good because they can be offered both for a family dinner and for a festive table. They go well with a glass of frothy cold beer or a glass of semi-dry wine.

  1. How to fry shrimp in soy sauce? What is the best shrimp to use? For cooking, royal or tiger clams are perfect (for lack of such, you can take ordinary ones). Prepare all foods. Remove the shrimp from the freezer and leave at room temperature.
  2. Step 2. For faster defrosting, I sometimes use cool water. I fill the shrimp with water and leave it for a while.
  3. Step 3. From thawed shellfish, remove the head (if any) and peel off the shell.
  4. Step 4. Remove the vena cava on the back of each shrimp.
  5. Step 5. Peel and rinse the garlic in cold water. Pass the cloves through a press or grate on a fine grater.
  6. Step 6. Heat the vegetable oil well in a frying pan and send the shrimp to fry. While stirring, cook over high heat for about one to two minutes. During this time, they will turn red and curl into rings.
  7. Step 7. Add butter, garlic and hot pepper pods to the pan. Stir, leave in this way for a few seconds to a minute.
  8. Step 8. Pour in the soy sauce (you can increase the amount by 1-2 tablespoons if you like saltier dishes). While stirring, cook over medium-high heat for about two minutes. Evaporate the right amount of soy sauce and remove the shrimp from heat.
  9. Step 9. Sprinkle the finished dish with the juice of freshly squeezed lemon or lime, garnish with finely chopped herbs. You can also sprinkle the shrimp with allspice black pepper. Done, you can serve!
  10. If you overexpose the shrimp on the fire, then the meat will become tough and rubbery, so it is not recommended to cook them for a long time, four to five minutes is enough to get the most delicate and very tasty dish!
