Ice cream is the favorite food of children. And if it consists of natural fruits, then you can feast on them as much as you want.

Ingredients

  1. Banana strawberry ice cream. Peel the banana, cut into small pieces, place in a container and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Peel the stems of the strawberries. Place the banana, strawberries and juice in a blender bowl and beat on high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Taste the mixture, add honey or sugar if desired.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert the sticks and place in the freezer for 8 hours. To easily remove the ice cream from the molds, dip them in hot water for 2 seconds.
  3. Peach ice cream. Peel the peaches and cut into slices. Place in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray and put in the freezer for 3 hours. Transfer the peaches to a blender and puree. Add condensed milk and whisk.
  4. Transfer the mass to molds, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 2 hours. If desired, add chocolate chips to the bottom of the molds.
  5. Blackberry ice cream. Place the blackberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine sieve. Add yogurt, vanilla extract and honey and stir.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a container and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Beat the ice cream with a mixer and put it back in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove the ice cream from the freezer for 10 minutes. before filing.
  7. Striped ice cream. Mix sugar and 180 ml of water and bring to a boil, boil for 4-5 minutes. over medium heat. Peel the fruit and chop each one individually in a blender. Transfer the mashed potatoes to 3 bowls and divide the syrup between them (if using canned mango, reduce the amount of syrup in this serving).
  8. Fill the popsicle molds with 1/3 of the mango puree and put in the freezer for 1 hour. Then add the kiwi puree and freeze for 20 minutes. Put the raspberry puree, insert the chopsticks and put the molds in the freezer for 2 hours, or better overnight.
