Doesn't it look like anything? These are our usual morning muesli! Only in the detox salad do we add vegetables to them, which in this recipe play the role of "universal cleansers" of the digestive system. Together with prunes - juicy, tender, fruity. It seems that this version of the "brush" was invented specifically for our pleasure, and not at all for dietary purposes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour oatmeal with yogurt or kefir and leave for at least 1 hour, so that they are thoroughly soaked.
  2. Soak prunes in warm water beforehand.
  3. Cut the apple in half, remove the core with seeds, peel the skin, cut the pulp into thin slices.
  4. Cut the rind from the orange to pulp. Using a small, sharp knife, cut out slices of pulp without films from the orange. Squeeze the juice from the leftovers onto the apples so that they do not darken.
  5. Cut the soaked prunes into small pieces.
  6. Combine all the ingredients for the salad, season with honey and serve.
