Fruit Salad with Yogurt

If you think that fruit salads are only relevant in the summer, you are wrong. Take a look at our winter version - it is full of flavors and colors. And the honey dressing with spices adds a pleasant warm flavor.

  1. Cut the vanilla pod and scoop out the seeds, place the seeds and the pod in a small saucepan. Add the rest of the syrup ingredients and pour in 3 tbsp. l of water. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil, leave on fire for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel off all citrus fruits and cut out the pulp. Cut the pears and persimmons into thin slices. Chop the mint leaves.
  3. Put all fruits in a large bowl, add lime juice and sesame seeds, stir. Remove the vanilla pod from the syrup and pour over the salad. Stir, garnish with mint and serve immediately. Serve natural yogurt separately.
