When you enter the dairy section of the most modest supermarket and glance over the endless rows of yoghurts of various calibers, it is difficult to imagine that once you had to get up at 6 in the morning to take a queue for yogurt, otherwise you might not get it.
From these times, perhaps, we still have a firm belief that some things are better to cook at home.

  1. Wash kiwi, dry, peel; cut into wedges or small pieces.
  2. Wash the currants, remove the stalks, dry the berries.
  3. Sift icing sugar into yoghurt, mix gently. Put the chopped fruit in bowls, cover with yogurt and serve immediately.
