Incredibly delicious and delicate curd. An abundance of poppy seeds, a delicate filling and a crispy crust - everything you need for a great mood !!!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift flour.
  2. Grind flour, sugar and cold butter into crumbs.
  3. Put most of the crumbs (2/3 parts) in a split form (26 cm) and tamp well. Send to refrigerator.
  4. Prepare the filling. In a large saucepan, combine milk, sugar and butter and bring to a boil.
  5. Prepare poppy seeds and semolina.
  6. When the milk mixture boils, remove it from the heat. Add poppy seeds and semolina. Stir well so that there are no lumps and let stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Such a thick mass should be obtained.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat the cottage cheese and egg with a mixer. Then combine the curd mass with the manna-poppy mass, mix thoroughly (I did this using a mixer).
  9. Place the filling on the chilled dough.
  10. Sprinkle on top with the remaining crumb from the dough. Send to a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 1 hour (for me it is much longer, it all depends on the oven, the crumb on top should be ruddy).
  11. Cool the finished pie completely and only then cut it. Believe me - it's very tasty! Enjoy your meal!
