Pryazhenina is a festive dish of Russian cuisine made of ribs and sausage, which was more often prepared for Christmas or Christmastide. But friends, this is so delicious that my family is ready to eat it every day!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the ribs, cut into portions. Peel the sausage and cut into rings. Finely chop the bacon and melt until cracklings in a pan with a thick bottom and high sides. Fry the ribs on all sides to seal them with a crust, then remove them from the pan and fry the sausage. Next, we send chopped onions to the same pan, fry until golden brown. Pour in flour and, stirring, saturate it with fat. Pour in hot water, add peppercorns, bay leaf. Season the sauce, but don't overdo it. The sausage will give its salt a little more. Stir until smooth. Put the ribs and sausage in the sauce, after boiling, reduce the heat as much as possible and simmer over low heat for one hour under the lid. Add the chopped garlic five minutes before the end of cooking. They serve yarn with pancakes, which can be dipped in sauce and eaten with delicious meat.
