Grape salad with tuna and nuts

Canned tuna can be replaced with fresh tuna if desired.

  1. Carefully remove the grapes from the branches, cut the berries in half. Drain the liquid from the tuna.
  2. Fry the almonds in a dry skillet, stirring all the time, for 2 minutes. Cool slightly, then chop the nuts.
  3. Chop the garlic very finely together with the parsley, mix with the zest, yogurt and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix tuna with grapes and almonds, season with sauce, serve immediately.
