  1. Pass the meat and herbs (basil, sage, thyme) once through a coarse grinder. Salt.
  2. Knead the minced meat very well and beat it off, like on cutlets, throwing it on the table so that air comes out of the mass.
  3. Form sausages from the minced meat and fry in a grill pan.
  4. Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the cucumbers, radishes, cilantro and iceberg lettuce. Mix with yogurt. Add pepper and sea salt and mix well. Serve in a gravy boat.
  5. Grill pita, place sausages on it - 2 per serving.
