Green beans salad with tuna and pancakes

  1. Drain the tuna can and place in a large bowl. Divide the fish into small pieces with a fork.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings and cover with hot water. Add lemon juice and a pinch of sugar. Drain the cooled water, put the onion in a bowl. Add bell pepper, cut into thin strips.
  3. Place the green beans in boiling water and bring to a boil, cook until tender. Then drain the water and cool the beans.
  4. While the beans are cooling, prepare an egg pancake. In a separate container, mix with a fork; 1 egg and 2 tbsp. spoons of water. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper, stir. In hot oil, fry an egg pancake (Ф = 24) on both sides.
  5. Cut the prepared and cooled egg pancake into strips and place in a bowl.
  6. Let's prepare a dressing. Finely chop basil leaves and garlic. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and basil. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix well.
  7. Place the salad in a serving dish. Drizzle with the prepared dressing and decorate to your liking. Bon Appetit!
