This is an incredibly healthy and tasty salad that is good both on its own and as an addition to meat dishes. We used fresh young peas for this salad, but out of season it can also be made with canned ones.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the peas and salad mix.
  2. Peel the orange and grapefruit, cut out segments without films and send them to the peas. All that remains is squeeze into a small bowl.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, remove the skin, cut the flesh into thin slices and send to the salad.
  4. Mix the juice in a bowl with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
  5. Season the salad with half the sauce. Then sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
