Not a single summer picnic or summer get-together is complete without the king of the summer grill - the burger! I suggest you try this mega-simple recipe and take note of the Big Mac sauce, which you can later cook for other dishes on the fire.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, fry the buns until golden brown so that they crunch. To do this, put the hat and the bottom of the roll on the wire rack and simmer on the coals for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Now let's cook the cutlets. Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the ground beef. If the beef is lean, then 2 tbsp. water for juiciness. We mix everything.
  3. To make the cutlets the same and even, we sculpt them using a grill press (or some other circle: for example, in a sour cream box).
  4. Put foil on the wire rack on both sides (so that the meat does not stick and is juicy), put the cutlets on it and fry on each side for 7-9 minutes.
  5. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes, onions into thin rings, wash and dry the greens.
  6. For the sauce: add paprika, cucumber pickle, crushed garlic, mustard and white wine vinegar to mayonnaise. Grate pickled cucumbers on a fine grater and add to the total mass. Mix everything and the sauce is ready.
  7. Remove the cutlets from the wire rack and start assembling the burger.
  8. On the bottom layer of the bun, put a leaf of lettuce, on top of it a cutlet, then plastic cheese, sauce, then a tomato, onion rings, cucumber, arugula and a hat on top.
