Grilled stuffed carp cooked with smoke in the open air will not leave you indifferent! Simple and quick preparation, indescribable aroma and taste!

  1. Clean the crucian carp, remove the insides and gills;
  2. Pouring Teriyaki Sauce on the Fish
  3. Cut the carp on both sides every 1-1.5 cm; Drizzle over the Teriyaki carp, rub in lightly and leave for 15 minutes;
  4. Chop pepper, lemon and onion for filling crucian carp
  5. Prepare the filling;
  6. We stuff the crucian carp with the filling and wrap it in foil
  7. Take a sheet of foil, grease with oil, put on crucian carp oil, put a slice of lemon, 2-3 rings of onions, a little bell pepper, laurel, a couple of lovage leaves inside. Grease with oil, salt, sprinkle with allspice through a mill. It is good to pack the crucian carp in foil. Similarly pack other crucians;
  8. We grill crucian carp on hot coals
  9. Fry on a wire rack over hot coals (can be placed directly on coals) for 5-7 minutes. Then take a toothpick, pierce the foil of each fish in several places (for saturation with smoke and frying) and fry for about 3-4 minutes more;

  11. Carefully unpack the crucian carp and can be served directly in foil boats, I put them on a plate;
