  1. Defrost the fish, cut, remove the head, rinse the inside, cut along the ridge in the form of a "butterfly".
  2. Rub the chopped fish on both sides with ground pepper and sea salt. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse the zucchini, cut into slices, salt and pepper, add nutmeg. Brush with olive oil.
  4. Heat the coals, put the fish on the wire rack, skin side down first! After the flesh of the fish turns white from the inside, you can fry it on the inside. Fry for about 10 minutes.
  5. Fry the zucchini and, if you like, a head of garlic over the cooling coals.
  6. Serve cooked fish and zucchini with fresh herbs, drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil.
