In summer, I highly recommend grilling mackerel. The fish according to this recipe is tasty, tender and juicy. Mackerel is an affordable, tasty and healthy fish, and has a rather strong specific taste. Therefore, in order not to lose the taste of the marinade against the background of the fish, the marinade should be sharp and spicy. Cooking!

  1. Defrost frozen mackerel, gut, remove the head, tail, fins and rinse well.
  2. Grilled savory mackerel, boneless mackerel fillets
  3. Cut the fish along the back, remove the central bone and black film. Rinse. For the marinade, mix hot tomato sauce (I have chili ketchup), vegetable oil, Italian herbs, salt and black pepper.

  5. Brush fillet on both sides with marinade. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic from the inside.

  7. Fold the fish fillets into a container and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. After the indicated time, the grate must be greased with vegetable oil.
