Grilled stuffed potatoes

Potato baskets are stuffed with minced potatoes and grilled.

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the grill to preheat to a medium-high temperature. Grease the wire rack with oil.
  2. Pierce each potato with a fork in several places. Place the potatoes in the microwave for 8-10 minutes. Remove from microwave oven, let cool.
  3. Fry bacon in a frying pan until brown. Transfer to paper towel. Do not pour fat out of the pan, reserve.
  4. Cut the top off the potatoes (about 1/3 of the total). Using a spoon, gently remove the pulp from the potatoes, leaving about 0.3 cm on the potato walls. Add sour cream, cheese, bacon, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper to the potato pulp, mix well.
  5. Grease the potato baskets with reserved fat inside and out, stuff the baskets with potato mass. Grill the stuffed potatoes until the skins are charred. Sprinkle the prepared stuffed potatoes with chives.
  6. Serve the stuffed potatoes immediately.
