Grilled trout with spring salad

A simple, spring-like bright, tasty and very healthy dish of grilled trout paired with a salad of chili peppers!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dry the trout slices a little. Pour over soy sauce, massage the fish, soaking the sauce into it. Sprinkle with crushed pepper and coriander (a couple of peas each). Leave for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Fry marinated trout in a grill pan with olive oil
  3. Fry in a lightly buttered grill skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Fish should have streaks after grilling
  5. When frying, it is advisable to keep the grill stripes or make them crosswise.
  6. Mix ingredients for making spring salad
  7. For the salad, cut the bell peppers and onions into thin circles, add as much capsicum as you like (you can not add the seeds from it, and then the salad will be just a drop with a speck, since the pepper itself is only slightly spicy without seeds), coarsely chopped or torn hands greens. Season the salad with oil, shake it up.

  9. Put the trout on a plate, and salad with it. Sprinkle everything with sea salt to taste, add a little lime and serve!
