Grilled turkey chop with rice and herbs

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into 2 cm thick pieces and beat them off with the smooth side of a hammer so as not to damage the meat, but only to loosen it a little.

  3. Cook rice as usual: for a glass of rice - one and a half glasses of water. Salt to taste.
  4. Grill for 2 minutes on each side, then turn perpendicular to the strips and fry for another minute.
  5. Remove the meat from the grill, cover with foil until it reaches.
  6. Serve sprinkled with lemon juice, blue cheese or BBQ sauce.
