  1. Remove entrails from herring, cut into fillets and cut into slices.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, finely chopped parsley, dill and garlic. Cut the radishes and cucumbers into thin slices. Fry the flax seeds in a dry skillet.
  3. For green oil, whisk the sunflower oil in a blender along with the parsley, dill and lemon juice. Strain.
  4. Spread the curd paste on the bread. Add herring, cucumbers and radishes. Garnish with parsley, dill, green oil, onion flowers, freshly ground pepper and salt. Sprinkle with flax seeds.
