While the dough is suitable, make a marinade: mix the thinly sliced ​​apple, icing sugar, raisins, almonds, cognac, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
  2. After 30 minutes, roll out the dough very thinly, first with a coil then with your hands, so that the thickness is almost transparent. It turns out a rectangular size of 30 cm by 50 cm. Brush the surface with melted butter. Sprinkle half of the bottom surface with breading, and put the marinade on the same half.
  3. Make a roll and press well so that there is no air left inside. Coat the roll with butter. Place on parchment and bake for 15 minutes. at a temperature of 220 degrees.
