Homemade oatmeal cookies are a classic recipe

The easiest to prepare - cookies according to traditional recipes. It has a taste familiar from childhood.

Ingredients

• 350 g of oatmeal or oatmeal;
• 200 g of flour;
• 2 eggs;
• 170 g of granulated sugar;
• 250 g of butter;
• 3 g of acid-quenched soda or baking powder.

Directions

1. In a cup, quickly beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture acquires a uniform white color.
2. Kill the testicles, shaking with a whisk.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour with baking powder and pour in the sweet egg-butter mass.
4. Pour oatmeal, and mix thoroughly.
5. The dough is left to infuse in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
6. From the cooled mass form flat circles. To prevent the dough from sticking to the palms, moisten them with water.
7. The blanks are laid out on a sheet of parchment at a distance from each other. Bake at 180 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
