  1. Put sour cream, mayonnaise in a bowl, beat in an egg and mix. Pour in the sifted flour.
  2. Mix thoroughly until smooth. The consistency of the dough will turn out like thick sour cream.
  3. Pour the resulting dough into a well-heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, gently flatten with a spoon.
  4. Fry on both sides until golden brown, turn over with a plate.
  5. Spread with ketchup and sour cream, lay out the sausage and diced tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover and fry over low heat until the cheese is completely melted.
  7. Gently transfer the finished pizza to a plate, cut into portions and serve.
